Shipping & Returns
Shipping & Returns
Processing: Most orders are processed within 5–7 business days. Personalized and made-to-order items may take slightly longer during busy periods. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.
Returns: Eligible non-personalized items may be returned for store credit when requested within 7 days of delivery and received back within 14 business days of the original delivery date.
Personalized, custom, and special-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
